About Fasting Tracker

Fasting Tracker is an intermittent fasting tracker operated by Flawless Studio LLC, a United States company. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Flawless Studio LLC. The app times your fasts, shows the stages a fast may pass through, keeps your streaks, badges and history, and sends reminders, with widgets, a Live Activity and an Apple Watch app.

These terms cover the Fasting Tracker app and this website. You do not need an account to use Fasting Tracker. App Store downloads and purchases require Apple's services. For support, email support@fastingtracker.app.

Health information

Fasting Tracker is designed for general wellness and is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and its stage descriptions are general information about what may happen during a fast, not advice for you.

Fasting is not right for everyone. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, diabetic, have a history of eating disorders, have a medical condition or take medication, talk to your doctor before you start fasting, and before any extended fast. Stop and seek medical help if you feel unwell.

Your app license

Your App Store license is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, unless a custom license is provided with the app. These terms explain our service and do not replace the applicable app license or limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Use the app lawfully and respect intellectual property rights. Do not bypass purchase restrictions or interfere with the service. Rights in the app, its design and Sunny remain with Flawless Studio LLC or the relevant rights holders; downloading the app does not transfer ownership to you.

Fasting Tracker Pro

Fasting Tracker is free to use with its core plans. Fasting Tracker Pro is an optional purchase that unlocks longer and custom plans and extra insights. It is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, the yearly one with a free trial, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. The App Store shows the price and what is included before you buy.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, and any unused part of a free trial ends when you subscribe. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Use the app's restore option with the same Apple Account to restore Pro on a new device.

You can request a refund through Apple's purchase support. Eligibility depends on Apple's rules and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms takes away statutory refund or other consumer rights.

Availability

Features can depend on your app version, device, operating system, language and permissions. iCloud sync needs an iCloud account and an internet connection, and your provider's data charges may apply.

Your fasts are stored on your device and, if iCloud is available, in your private iCloud. Keep any backups you need; restoring a purchase is separate from restoring your fasts. We may update features and compatibility or discontinue parts of the service, subject to applicable law and your purchase rights. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or indefinite support for a particular device. The applicable app license governs warranties and liability, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy and other services

Our privacy policy explains what the app stores on your device and in your iCloud, its Apple Health access, reminders, purchases and your choices. Reading these terms does not give consent to processing that needs a separate choice.

The app uses Apple services for distribution, payments, iCloud and Apple Health, and RevenueCat for purchase entitlements. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the app or the law changes. The date at the top identifies the latest version, and material changes will be communicated as required by law.
